Tannille Maneylaws worked in Noosa at acclaimed Berados and Riverhouse Restaurants where during this time one of her desserts was featured on the front cover of Gourmet Traveller Magazine!
Owen Exton formerly of Donovans Restaurant St Kilda, The Hotel Spencer Melbourne and Ricky Ricardos. Won Victorian Apprentice of the year and later gained several awards including a Chefs Hat from the Age Good Food Guide!

Scones - $10 per person - with butter, raspberry jam and complimentary beveragein the gardens
Platters - $25 per platter
Mezze platter - turkish bread (rice cakes for gluten free substitute) hummus, sundried tomatoes, fetta, olives, salad garnish - ample for lunch or to share between three to four people for nibbles
Nori Roll platter - freshly made vegetarian Nori rolls platter with dipping sauce and wasabi paste
Fruit platter - fresh selection of seasonal fruits - ideal for sharing between a group
Scone platter - with raspberry jam and cream - ideal for sharing between a group
