Tannille Maneylaws worked in Noosa at acclaimed Berados and Riverhouse Restaurants where during this time one of her desserts was featured on the front cover of Gourmet Traveller Magazine!

Owen Exton formerly of Donovans Restaurant St Kilda, The Hotel Spencer Melbourn and Ricky Ricardos won Victorian Apprentice of the year and later gained several awards including a Chefs Hat from the Age Good Food Guide!

High Tea Menu - $35 per person - group of 4 or more

select four savoury per group

  • smoked salmon & cream cheese pinwheel sandwhiches 
  • rye finger sandwiches with roast chicken, celery & walnuts
  • goats curd, cucumber & rocket ribbon sandwiches
  • herb scones - whip fetta, semi dried tomato & tapanade 
  • chorizo & red pepper empanadillas
  • smoked backon & aged cheddar quiches
  • leek and buffalo fetta quiches
  • caramelised onion & potato torilla with catalan ratatouille
  • vine leaves stuffed -  lamb, tomatoes, bourghal &pinenuts
  • vine leaves stuffed with rice, pinenuts and rasins

select two sweet per group

  • poached pear and almond friands
  • little lemon meringue pies
  • strawberry and vanilla cheesecakes

Scones  - $10 per person - (for 2 or more people) - with raspberry  jam, double cream and complimentary beverage

Platters - $25 per platter

Mezze platter - turkish bread (rice cakes for glueten free substitute)  hummus, sundried tomatoes,  fetta, olives, salad garnish - ample for lunch or to share between three to four people for nibbles

Nori Roll platter - freshly made vegitarian Nori rolls - 16 pieces per platter with dipping sauce and wasabi paste

Fruit platter - fresh selection of seasonal fruits - ideal for sharing between a group

Scone platter - with raspberry jam and double cream - ideal for sharing between a group
