Reservations - call reception or go to booking page for online bookings
- It is recommended to book in advance for your Ikatan spa experience. With so many choices of exotic treatments on our spa menu, our staff can assist you in selecting the best treatment options to suit your individual needs
- We know from experinece that it takes the first hour of a treatment to relax, therefore our minimum booking for spa treatments is one hour per person
Please have your credit card number with you when confirm an appointment
Special Needs
- advise us upon booking of any allergies, ailments or disabilities especially if you are pregnant.
Cancellation Policy
- your treatment time has been reserved especially for you. If you need to reduce treatment time, reschedule or cancel your appointment, you are required to provide 24 hours notice (group bookings 7 days notice)
- without notice the full charge of your treatment will apply. Should you not arrive for your appointment the full amount will apply and gift vouchers are void.
Transport and Parking
- by prior arrangement, complimentary transport, available within local area. Available with bookings of minimum two hours per person
- sunshine coast airport service - we will pick you up and drop you off for the perfect way to spend time before you can check in or after check out of hotel to wait for flights
